The project engineer went to the customer’s construction site three times, and made a number of innovative designs for the local low temperature, permafrost, and windy climate. The equipment used cold-resistant steel plates, the generator set was added with a low-temperature start-up system, the electrical system was added with an electric control cabinet heating system, and the motor was added with pre-heating Belts, etc., overcome the harsh working conditions and improve work efficiency.

Engineers configured four YG1345FW1315ⅡL impact crusher electro-hydraulic dual-drive crawler mobile stations for the customer. The GZD vibrating feeder feeds the coal gangue below 450mm into the PFW1315II impact crusher for crushing, and outputs 50mm finished material.
